About

Driven by a passion for wilderness, Peter Raimondo founded the Wild Life Foundation in 2014 to honor the conservation legacy of Dr. Ian Player and share the profound impact direct experiences in nature have had on his own life.

As a master guide for the Wilderness Leadership School, he has led numerous excursions into remote areas to promote environmental stewardship and self-discovery.

In addition to training facilitators for the Wilderness Foundation, Peter serves as an executive coach focused on mindfulness and nature connection. He advises various organizations on integrating sustainability and oversees wilderness programs for private and corporate clients.

Peter holds a degree in Philosophy, Anthropology, and Environmental and Geographical Sciences from the University of Cape Town. His diverse expertise helps further the Wild Life Foundation's mission to cultivate thriving human-wildlife relationships, promote conservation, and protect biodiversity.
